The candidate shall be responsible for the following:
Delivery of the designed learning/training programs in the various areas of business, management, retail sales, Cashier, insurance, healthcare and day-to-day English.
Coaching and mentoring the trainees as applicable, based on the needs.
Ensure identification and analysis of learning needs in coordination with the Training Supervisor.
Provide inputs to the Training team to help design learning content and materials in line with business/market requirements so to ensure effective and high-quality delivery of training.
Develop the assessment measures that could be in the form of tests, projects, team assignments, individual tasks, group projects.
Collect trainee feedback at the end of every learning & development program and provide the collated report to the Training Manager.
Work as a strategic learning partner with the management team to establish business needs and implement the full learning cycle to address areas of concern.
Participate in business and management discussion to understand business priorities and goals.
Provide performance coaching to business on ways to improve existing processes and introduce new processes.
