Job Title: English Language Trainer
Location: Oman – (Muscat & Salalah)
Experience: Min. (5) years
Academics: Graduate + Celta Certified
Nationality: Omani
TKI is looking for a professional energetic and self-motivates candidate to join our faculty and learning team in the capacity of English Trainer. The candidate shall be responsible for the following:

  • Delivery of the designed learning/training programs in the various areas of business, management, retail sales, Cashier, insurance, healthcare and day-to-day English.
  • Coaching and mentoring the trainees as applicable, based on the needs.
  • Ensure identification and analysis of learning needs in coordination with the Training Supervisor.
  • Provide inputs to the Training team to help design learning content and materials in line with business/market requirements so to ensure effective and high-quality delivery of training.
  • Develop the assessment measures that could be in the form of tests, projects, team assignments, individual tasks, group projects.
  • Collect trainee feedback at the end of every learning & development program and provide the collated report to the Training Manager.
  • Work as a strategic learning partner with the management team to establish business needs and implement the full learning cycle to address areas of concern.
  • Participate in business and management discussion to understand business priorities and goals.
  • Provide performance coaching to business on ways to improve existing processes and introduce new processes.

Job Title: IT/IC3 Trainer
Location: Oman – (Muscat & Salalah)
Experience: Min. (3) years
Academics: Graduate + IC3 Certified
Nationality: Omani
TKI is looking for a professional energetic and self-motivates candidate to join our faculty and learning team in the capacity of IT/IC3 Trainer. The candidate shall be responsible for the following:

  • Delivery of the designed learning/training programs in the area of information technology, especially in IC3.
  • Coaching and mentoring the trainees as applicable, based on the needs and level of understanding.
  • Ensure identification and analysis of learning needs in coordination with the Training Supervisor.
  • Provide inputs to the training team to help design learning content and materials in line with business/market requirements so to ensure effective and high-quality delivery of training.
  • Develop the assessment measures that could be in the form of tests, projects, team assignments, individual tasks, group projects.
  • Assist the trainees to pass the online assessment tests to pass the IC3 course.
  • Collect trainee feedback at the end of every learning & development program and provide the collated report to the Training Manager.
